Personal injury after a car crash in Texas or Oklahoma
Newark Law Offices reviews injury claims for drivers and passengers hurt in Texas and Oklahoma wrecks — early settlement pressure, disputed fault, and uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage. This is the same desk as newarkfirm.com/personal-injury.html. It is not medical malpractice, workplace injury, or a mass-tort docket.
In appropriate cases, no attorney fee unless there is a recovery. Expenses are separate and set out in writing.
Texas and Oklahoma
Licensed in both state courts. The crash location usually controls the claim, even if you live in the other state.

Contingent fee, in writing
Attorney’s fees are a percentage of recovery in appropriate cases. If there is no recovery, the client remains responsible for expenses the firm advanced.
1. Get medical care and keep the records
ER notes, imaging, and follow-up visits are the file. Gaps in treatment are what insurers argue later.
2. Photograph the vehicles, the scene, and visible injuries
Do not rely on the other driver or the carrier to preserve that evidence.
3. Identify every policy
The at-fault driver, your own liability, PIP or med-pay if any, and UM/UIM. Rideshare and company-car layers when those vehicles are in the wreck.
4. Do not give a recorded statement or sign a broad release
Wait until the medical picture and the coverage map exist. Many Texas and Oklahoma injury suits run on a two-year clock; notice and minor-claim rules can change the date.
Which state was the wreck in?
Every Texas and Oklahoma county has an ads URL. Search engines only get this hub, the state pages, and metro counties. Smaller counties stay off the index.
Attorney advertising. Intake does not create an attorney-client relationship. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.
