Car-accident injury desk
A Texas car-crash file is evidence, treatment, and a limitations clock.
Dallas screens car, SUV, and light-truck injury claims from Texas wrecks — including rideshare and UM/UIM. Photographs, the crash report, and the first 72 hours of medical care preserve the claim. This desk is not medical malpractice, workplace injury, or a mass-tort docket. Contingent fees apply only in appropriate cases and only in a written agreement.
In appropriate cases, attorney’s fees are a percentage of any recovery and are not charged if there is no recovery. Case expenses are separate. Expenses are advanced by the firm and reimbursed from any recovery; if there is no recovery, the client remains responsible for expenses advanced. Fee terms are confirmed in writing.
1. Medical care and records
ER notes, imaging, and follow-up visits are the file. Gaps in treatment are how carriers deny.
2. Scene evidence
Photograph the vehicles, the scene, and visible injuries. Do not rely on the other driver or the carrier to keep that.
3. Coverage map
At-fault liability, PIP/Med-Pay, UM/UIM, and any rideshare or commercial layer. Limits matter more than the first adjuster call.
4. Do not sign yet
No recorded statement and no broad release until the medical picture and the coverage map exist. Many Texas and Oklahoma injury suits run on a two-year clock; notice and minor-claim rules can change the date.
Desk checklist
- · Get the wreck date, county, and whether anyone went by ambulance
- · Ask for the crash report and insurance cards
- · No recorded statement to the other carrier on the intake call
- · If this is med mal, a workplace injury, or a mass tort, say so — that is not this funnel

Metro pages Google can index
Texas has a landing page for every county so an ad can match the venue. Only these metros, plus this state hub, are offered to search engines. The remaining county URLs exist for ads; they are marked so they do not index as hundreds of thin copies.
