Storm-claim desk
A Texas wind or hail file is a claim, a deadline, and a roof — not a contractor pitch.
Dallas reviews wind and hail claims when the carrier underpaid, delayed, or denied. We read the estimate, the denial, and the policy. Contingent fees apply only in appropriate cases.
Wind and hail claims may use a contingent fee in appropriate cases. Fee terms are confirmed in writing.
1. Notice and inspection
The claim number, inspection date, and whether anyone signed a work-authorization with a roofer matter immediately.
2. Estimate versus policy
ACV, RCV, deductibles, matching, and overhead are how underpayment hides. We compare the estimate to the actual roof, not the carrier’s software.
3. Suit limitations in the policy
Many policies shorten the time to sue. That date is often earlier than people think. Calendar it on intake.

Metro pages Google can index
Texas has a landing page for every county so an ad can match the venue. Only these metros, plus this state hub, are offered to search engines. The remaining county URLs exist for ads; they are marked so they do not index as hundreds of thin copies.
