Robert C. Newark, III originates in Texas and Oklahoma. Tyler Wilson is licensed in Wisconsin, South Dakota, and Alaska; originating work in those states is referral-basis, not an Oklahoma petition. A courthouse outside the United States is not a Newark originating file. We do not invent a foreign bar card. Local counsel in that country handles originating work there.

Visiting attorneys who need a Texas or Oklahoma appearance use local counsel. Federal dockets in Colorado, New Mexico, and Arkansas are federal-admission screens, not this desk.
